Terms of Service
Effective 9 October 2026. These terms govern your use of Nibras. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Who you are dealing with
Nibras is operated by Nibras Learning, registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under commercial registration 7055378959, at Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that entity, and "you" means the person using the service.
2. What Nibras is, and what it is not
Nibras is a study workspace for medical students, from the first year of study to the Saudi Medical Licensing Examination (SMLE). You can upload your own lectures and have them turned into a guided lesson, flashcards and practice questions; practise from our question bank; review what you missed; ask a tutor about your material; plan your study; and study with a group.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS), the Saudi Ministry of Health, any university, or any body that sets or administers the SMLE. We do not have access to real examination questions, and nothing here is drawn from an actual exam.
Nibras does not provide medical advice. Everything in it is study material. It is not a clinical reference and must not be used to make decisions about the care of a real patient.
We do not guarantee that you will pass any course, block or examination. Your results depend on your own study and performance.
3. Who can use Nibras
Nibras is for students of medicine and related health sciences. An account is for one person. You must give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to your account.
If you are under 18, you may use Nibras only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must have read these terms and the Privacy Policy. When you sign up you give us their name and email address, and we may contact them to confirm. A parent or guardian can withdraw consent at any time by writing to contact@nibmed.com, and we will then close the account.
We review new accounts before they can be used, and we may decline a registration. A declined account cannot sign in, and nothing is charged.
4. How the content is made, and how to treat it
Much of Nibras is produced with artificial intelligence. We tell you how, because it affects how far you should rely on it.
The question bank. Questions are written by a large language model against the published examination blueprint and checked by a separate automated reviewer. Questions that fail that review are not shown. Questions that have only passed the automated review are labelled Beta practice; a question is marked as clinician-reviewed only when a named reviewer has signed off that exact version. New questions also undergo automated citation checks when that publication check is enabled. These checks look for a checked source link and relevant wording in a cited passage; they do not establish medical accuracy or replace clinician review. This process reduces errors but does not remove them.
Lessons from your lectures. When you upload a lecture, an AI model turns its text into a lesson, flashcards and practice questions, using only what the lecture says. The result can still misread a slide or contain mistakes, and it is not reviewed by a clinician. Check important facts, numbers and terms against your original slides; each lesson section shows the slides it came from.
The tutor. The tutor answers from your own material and our reference content, and shows its sources. It is instructed to say so when they do not cover your question rather than to guess, but it can still be wrong. On a question you have not yet answered it gives a hint rather than the answer.
If something looks wrong, report it: there is a control on every question. Questions reported by more than one student are taken out of circulation automatically and sent back for review.
5. What you upload
You keep ownership of everything you upload or write in Nibras: lectures, notes, drawings, reflections and messages. You give us permission to store, process and display it, and to send it to the service providers described in the Privacy Policy, only so far as is needed to provide Nibras to you (and, for anything you share with a group, to that group).
Lecture slides are often the copyright of their author or institution. Only upload material you are entitled to use for your own study, and do not use Nibras to distribute it to others. If you believe something on Nibras infringes your rights, write to contact@nibmed.com and we will act on it promptly.
Do not upload information that identifies a patient, such as names, medical record numbers or identifiable images, or anyone else's personal data. Remove it from your slides before uploading.
Free accounts can build a limited number of lessons, and every account has daily limits on lesson building and tutor answers. The current limits are shown on the pricing page and in the app. A lesson that fails to build does not count against them. A lecture longer than one lesson can cover is refused before anything is built, and we will tell you to split it.
6. Study groups
In a study group, members can see the notes you choose to share, the question sets and goals you add, and the messages and screenshots you post. Notes you share stay yours: when you leave a group, or are removed, the group can no longer open them.
Messages, question sets and goals you give a group become part of that group's shared record. If you delete your account they stay in the group, shown as from a former member, so that other members' discussions remain intact. Screenshots you posted are deleted with your account.
Be respectful. Do not post anything unlawful, harassing, or that identifies a patient. Group owners can remove members, and we may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
7. Plans, billing, and the price change after the introductory period
We offer a free tier and paid plans. What each includes is shown on the pricing page, which always reflects the current plans. The free tier exists so that you can evaluate Nibras before paying.
Automatic renewal is your choice. At checkout you choose whether your subscription renews automatically each month. If you choose it, your card is saved by our payment processor, Moyasar, and charged on each renewal date until you cancel. If you do not, you pay for one month and nothing is charged afterwards.
Some plans start at an introductory price and then increase. The introductory period and both prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. If your subscription renews automatically, we email you seven days before the first payment at the higher price. Cancel before that date and you will not be charged it.
If a renewal payment is declined, you keep access for 3 days while we try the payment again, up to 3 attempts in total. We email you when this happens. If no attempt succeeds, the subscription ends.
You can cancel at any time from your profile, without contacting us. Cancellation and refunds are covered in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Prices include value added tax where it applies. Payments are processed by Moyasar. We never see or store your full card number: it is collected by Moyasar directly in your browser. We keep only a payment reference, the card brand and its last four digits.
Plans must be bought by an adult. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must make the payment or agree to it.
8. What you may and may not do
Your account gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use Nibras and our content to study. It does not transfer ownership of anything.
You may not:
- copy, republish, resell, or distribute our questions, explanations or reference content, in whole or in part;
- extract our content in bulk, whether by automated scraping or by systematic manual copying;
- use our content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate a machine learning model;
- share your account so that people who have not paid can use it;
- attempt to break, overload, or get around the limits of your plan or the security of the service;
- upload material you have no right to use, or any patient-identifying information.
We may suspend or close an account that does any of these, and where the breach is serious we may do so without notice and without a refund.
9. The service changes over time
We add, correct and withdraw questions and reference content, and we improve features. The size of the question bank is not fixed and we do not promise any particular figure. Withdrawing a defective question is part of the service, not a reduction of it. Your own answer history is kept when a question is withdrawn.
10. Availability
We try to keep Nibras available and working, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. AI features depend on outside providers and can be unavailable or limited at times; when they are, you can still open your existing lessons, cards and questions. If an extended outage materially affects a period you have paid for, contact us and we will deal with it fairly.
11. Ending the agreement
You may stop using Nibras at any time, cancel any subscription from your profile, and delete your account from your profile. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if a guardian withdraws consent, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service. If we discontinue the service, we will give you reasonable notice and refund any period you have paid for but not received.
12. Our responsibility to you
We provide Nibras with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we do not give other warranties about the content or the service, including any warranty that the content is free of errors.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or removes any right you have under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with Nibras is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for examination results or for decisions made in clinical practice.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you before it takes effect, and you can cancel if you do not accept it. The effective date at the top of this page tells you which version you are reading; we record which version you agreed to when you signed up.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going to court, please write to us; most problems are quicker to fix that way.
