Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective 9 October 2026. How renewal works, how to cancel, when you can get your money back, and what happens at the price change.
1. Try it before you pay
Nibras has a free tier so you can try the real practice, review and lesson tools without a card. If you are unsure, use the free tier first. We would much rather you decided before paying than ask for a refund afterwards.
2. Renewal is your choice
At checkout you choose whether your subscription renews automatically each month. If you choose it, your saved card is charged on each renewal date until you cancel. If you do not, you pay for one month only: your access ends at the end of that month and nothing more is charged.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel a renewing subscription yourself at any time from your profile. You do not need to email us or explain why.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end your access immediately: you keep everything you are paying for until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee.
Your account, lessons and progress remain after cancellation, so you can pick up where you left off if you come back. To delete your account entirely, see the Privacy Policy.
4. The price change after the introductory period
Some plans begin at an introductory price and then move to the standard price automatically. Both prices and the length of the introductory period are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. If your subscription renews automatically, we email you seven days before the first payment at the higher price.
If you do not want to continue at the standard price, cancel before that date and you will not be charged it. If you are charged at the standard price and did not receive the advance notice, contact us and we will refund that payment.
5. If a renewal payment fails
If your card is declined at renewal, you keep access for 3 days while we try the payment again, up to 3 attempts in total, and we email you. If none succeeds, the subscription ends; you are not charged for a period you did not receive. You can subscribe again at any time.
6. Refunds
First payment. If you subscribe and decide within 7 days that Nibras is not for you, we will refund your first payment in full, provided you have not made substantial use of the paid plan in that time. We treat substantial use as answering more than 50 questions or building more than 2 lessons from your lectures, because each lesson is built by a paid AI service at our cost.
Renewals. We do not normally refund a renewal payment, because you had the whole previous period to cancel and we email you before an introductory price ends. If a renewal took you by surprise, write to us anyway; see section 8.
Part-periods. We do not refund part of a period when you cancel partway through, because your access continues to the end of it.
Things going wrong at our end. If the service was unavailable for an extended stretch of a period you paid for, you were charged incorrectly, or something we did stopped you using what you paid for, we will put it right, by refund or by extending your subscription, whichever you prefer.
7. Content that turns out to be wrong
Finding an error in a question or a lesson is not in itself a reason for a refund; please report it, because reported questions are taken out of circulation automatically once more than one student reports them. But if you believe the quality of the service is materially worse than what was described to you, tell us and we will take it seriously.
8. How to ask
Email contact@nibmed.com from the address on your account and tell us what happened. A sentence is enough.
We aim to answer within three working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Moyasar; how quickly the money appears is then up to your bank, usually a few working days.
9. Where this policy sits
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. Nothing in it removes any right you have under the consumer protection and e-commerce laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where this policy gives you less than the law does, the law wins.
