A clearer way to study, step by step

How to choose your SMLE priorities

Balance the official exam scope with your actual gaps, without relying on predicted-question lists.

1. Start with the official blueprint

The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties blueprint defines the exam scope, domains, and competencies. Check the latest version on the official website. A list on a study platform does not establish your exam distribution or predict which questions you will see.

2. Separate exam weight from personal weakness

A topic’s importance in the exam differs from how difficult you find it. Allocate time to the required domains, then add practice where your answers reveal recurring gaps. Low accuracy after a single question is not enough to rank all your priorities.

3. Check breadth before declaring a strength

Accuracy can rise because you remember repeated questions or have practised a narrow slice of a topic. Use varied sessions and review correct answers you guessed. Your weakness map organizes practice using available data; it does not certify complete curriculum coverage.

4. Keep room for coverage

Do not drop a topic because it carries less weight or the platform has few questions about it. Check your lecture scope, the official blueprint, and your references. Use your weekly report to adjust study time without treating it as a prediction of exam questions.
